Information you submit through our forms
The site has two forms: Refine my site and the Contact form. Depending on the form, you may give us your name, company name, email address, website address, a description of what you would like to improve, and an approximate budget range.
We do not ask for a phone number, and we do not run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. The site sets no non-essential cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Why we process it
We use the details you submit to look at your website, reply to your enquiry, and, if you ask us to, discuss and scope a project with you. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.
- 04
Lawful basis
Our lawful basis for handling enquiry details is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services, and, where you go on to ask for a quote, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. You can object to this processing at any time by contacting us.
- 05
Service providers we use
The website is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are delivered to us as email notifications by Resend, an email delivery service. Both act as processors on our behalf and only handle your details to provide those services. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
- 06
How long we keep enquiry data
If we do not go on to work together, we keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months from your last message so we can follow up if you come back to us, and then delete them. If we do work together, project correspondence is kept for the duration of the project and for as long as we need it to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
- 07
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability where it applies. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within one month.
